Are you an experienced Home Manager looking the next step in your career? Here's an exciting opportunity to take on the role of a Peripatetic Manager with our client, a well established care home provider, operations residential and nursing Care Homes across the UK

The role of Peripatetic Manager comes with an attractive salary starting from £55,000, DOE and qualifications plus KPI bonus. As the Peripatetic Manager Manager, you will be:

  • working with manager to help improve the overall quality of the homes
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
  • Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
  • Filling in as acting manage if a home is without

The ideal Turnaround Manager will have:

  • Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
  • Evidence of turning around a failing service
