Adecco are in search of a Chef Manager in Redcar.Our client, is seeking a Chef Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Starting as soon as possible, this role offers excellent working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 2.00pm,

pay rate of £13 per hour, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and make a difference in the lives of students.

*Must have a current enhanced DBS certificate

What you'll do:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team of kitchen staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • In charge of Cooking
  • Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef is essential, ideally within a school or a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and best practises.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent communication skills.
