Salary:14.96 - 26.60 per hour
Working Hours:38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime
Job Description:
NRL are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef to work on Hartlepool Nuclear Power station for one of our leading clients. Our clients are leaders in facilities management across the EDF Nuclear sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for personnel on site, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organisedkitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance which entails a DBS check and references from previous 3 years employment.
