Our client are looking for an experience Contact centre manager.
You would be responsible for managing a team of collectors, in all aspects of their job.Monitoring and setting revenue targets, daily, weekly, and monthly.Lead and motivate you teams and provide coaching Liaise with other departments when required Maintain and stay up to date with all policies and regulations Work closely with dialler and campaign managers
Key Skills
Must have proven experience managing large teams with in contact centre or similar environment Experience with coaching individuals and teams Ability to set meet and exceed targets Excellent managerial skills Excellent at communicating to encourage teams to achieve targets Strong verbal and written skills Must be flexible and able to work weekends if required
