Customer Retention ManagerPermanent 3 days a week in office in Worcestershire, 2 from homeSalary up to £55K plus benefits including bonus Overview:The Customer Retention Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company's customer loyalty program. This position will focus on driving customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and supporting the overall business strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage loyalty initiatives, including the company's loyalty program and other customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent program execution across all channels.
  • Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise the loyalty program.
  • Develop and manage the loyalty program budget and track performance against key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty.
Qualifications and must-haves:
  • Proven experience in loyalty management.
  • CRM experience is essential.
  • Loyalty strategy and facilitating loyal programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
