Credit Controller Redditch - Office based Manage your own ledger - Credit team of 2Our client in Redditch, a market leader in their sector, are looking for an experienced and proactive Credit professional to join the team. In your new role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection of customer payments, promoting high levels of customer service & building and maintaining strong relationships both with customers and internal stakeholders. Main duties:

  • Collection of outstanding debts in a proactive manner
  • Timely resolution on customer queries
  • Send copy invoices, job sheets and credit notes
  • Review of customer Credit limits
  • Setting up new supplier accounts, ensuring all information is present and correct
  • Escalating any risk to the Financial controller
  • Cash allocation
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, of the aged debtor report

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in a B2B Credit Control position
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good Excel Skills (vlookups, Pivots)
  • Sage experience desirable not essential
