Your new companyYou will be joining a large company in Redditch which offers specialist services to a wide range of customers across the UK. This is a temporary role supporting the operations and accounts managers in delivering excellent service.

Your new roleYou will be the first point of contact for customers and your main responsibility is to support the account manager in delivery of the agreed contract with the clients, ensuring performance and KPIs are met. This role works to high call volumes and key duties include:

  • Responsible for the commercial delivery to the client, managing the relationship with our subcontractors and operational link
  • Daily/weekly review and audit of subcontractor application submission to agreed deadlines
  • Processing Sub-contractor & supplier invoices and raising purchase orders through our in-house system with a high degree of accuracy
  • Preparation of client specific reports
  • Monitoring contractual billing deadlines, ensuring these are met
  • Accurate & full recording of finance updates & notes on in-house and external software and portals
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • To ensure the subcontractors are performing as per the contractual expectations

The role is working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday in the office, for a 40-hour working week.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need experience in customer service and administration.
  • Be confident working to high call volumes and KPIs.
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be accurate and organised.
