Our client is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator role to process and coordinate customer orders and deal with any enquires. You will be the main point of contact for a small number of large customer accounts. This is a busy and exciting role where they would want you to build and develop existing relationships providing delivery advice/ order acknowledgement etcCustomer Services Coordinator duties:-Process new and existing customer enquiries and orders via phone or emailProvide delivery timescales to customersLiaise with key departments to ensure order availability and lead timesMonitor stock levels of packaging, products and finished goodsMonitor and coordinate the production process to ensure orders are processed on time and advising customers of any delays or issuesLiaise with customers to obtain regular forecasts and liaise with internal departments to ensure they are able to fulfil customers’ requirementsThe successful Customer Services Coordinator will have the following skills and experience: -A proven track record in a similar account manager / internal sale or after sales role customer service role.Strong negotiation skillsComplaint handling experienceLogistics experience handling deliveries etcStrong IT skills – particularly excel but PowerPoint as well would be a distinct advantagePrevious import experience would be advantageous but no0t essentialIn return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £24000-£30,000 depending on your experience plus the benefits below
