A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Collections Specialist to join a long standing and successful company based in Redditch. This is a growing company who offer fantastic support and training programmes to ensure you will be successful in this position. The company have professional offices with free parking and due to continued growth, they are looking for ambitious candidates who are looking for a long term career and they will offer you the training and personal development in return for your hard work.The starting salary is £25,000 per annum but this will rise to £26,000 after 12 months. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.This is a commercial collections role dealing directly with retrieving debt from businesses so previous B2B experience in collections or customer services would be a distinct advantage.
