Are you a passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for flexibility in your working week? Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Nursery Teaching Assistant. This role is perfect for those who are wanting to work part time, and still have the chance to have a great work-life balance.
This Nursery Teaching Assistant role will be part time 3 days per week, which will be covering maternity cover. This is due to start as soon as possible for the full academic year.
This Teaching Assistant role will include:
- Supporting the Class Teacher and children in Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Assisting with the delivery of the National Curriculum in a Primary School setting
- Preparing resources and helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Supporting children's individual needs to ensure their progress and well-being
- Working closely with the TA team to provide targeted support to students
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant Role:
- Previous experience as a Nursery Teaching Assistant or TA in a UK Primary School
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum, EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching assistance
- Strong ability to support the Class Teacher in managing classroom activities
- Commitment to ensuring a positive work-life balance
Working as a Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
- £85 to £95 day rate which equates to £16,575 to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
