We are exclusively hiring for a Finance Analyst to join a brilliant organisation in Redditch. This role would suit someone analytical, with experience of high-volume bank reconciliation and strong Excel skills. This is a great role for someone that may want to progress in their accountancy career and make an impact with their work!

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in reconciling a high volume of transactions
  • Enjoy project-based work, problem solving and thrive off bettering processes/ways of working and being collaborative with other team members.
  • Have strong Excel skills; at minimum Pivot Tables and V Look Ups
  • Have previous experience of performing month end duties; at minimum posting journals
