?? Location: Redditch (hybrid working)?? Position: Finance Manager?? Contract: Full-Time, Permanent?? Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Oversee all in-house finance activities, working directly with the CEO
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT returns, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and credit control
- Prepare corporation tax returns and liaise with HMRC on all relevant matters
- Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain robust financial records
- Develop cash flow analyses, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with operations to audit product movement and optimize demand forecasting
Key Essentials of the Finance Manager:
- Professionally qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to strategic decision-making
