Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Oversee all in-house finance activities, working directly with the CEO
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT returns, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and credit control
  • Prepare corporation tax returns and liaise with HMRC on all relevant matters
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain robust financial records
  • Develop cash flow analyses, budgets, and forecasts
  • Collaborate with operations to audit product movement and optimize demand forecasting

Key Essentials of the Finance Manager:

  • Professionally qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or qualified by experience (QBE)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to strategic decision-making
