Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a Commercial Law firm based in Redditch who specialise in recovering debts, both pre and post litigation. This Debt Recovery Specialist role is fast paced, and involves being a key point of contact for a number of clients, building and developing strong relationships.
The Role:
- Managing telephone and email communication from both debtors and clients
- Managing the relationship between the business and courts during any litigation
- Preparing documents and progressing files
- Using a variety of methods to recover debts
- Overseeing and reporting on your caseload
The Ideal Debt Recovery Specialist will have:
- Understanding and experience with the debt recovery process, both pre litigation and post (Required)
- Experience within a commercial environment, preferably a law firm
- Experience operating a case management system
- Clear and confident telephone manner (Required)
