PageGroup are delighted to support a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Redditch with the appointment of a HR Transformation Partner to join for circa 12 months (possible scope for extension/permanent)

This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent)

Description

The role of HR Transformation Partner will work alongside a HR Director and SLT, this will include but not limited to:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the People Strategy within the business.
  • Facilitate organisational change and promote a positive working environment.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of HR systems, policies and procedures.
  • Support with restructures and change management projects
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Support with cultural transformation and contribute to a positive and successful environment

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within similar roles.

Ideally (but not essentially) you will have experience within large/corporate organisations within the manufacturing sector.
