SF are thrilled to be working with a growing manufacturing business in Redditch who are on the look out for a HR Coordinator to come and join their brilliant team on an interim basis.

We are looking for someone to come and play a crucial part in the development of this business, someone who is experienced within SME's and isn't afraid to role their sleeves up and get involved. This role will have a level of payroll incorporated, however is not payroll heavy.

You will be able to get involved in; project work, lower level ER cases, supporting SLT teams with day to day HR queries and general coordination of the HR function.

Day-to-day responsibilities include;

- Partnering with the Head of finance and outsource payroll team.
- Supporting senior management in all aspects of HR including ER cases.
- Prepare staff contracts, JD's and offer letters for staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the business both internally and externally
- Support with the L&D for the staff.

We are looking for someone who holds an understanding of HR best practice, CIPD or working towards it, someone with excellent communication skills and someone who has a creative and proactive mindset who is confident to work independently.
