As a Recruitment Administrator at Pro-Drive, you will have the opportunity to learn and progress within a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify candidates for various roles.
  • CV searching
  • Create and post job advertisements across advertising platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Handle recruitment-related calls and candidate inquiries.
  • Perform compliance checks to ensure candidates meet regulatory standards.
  • Effectively utilize internal and external recruitment systems.
  • Manage and organize documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and consolidate weekly recruitment plans.
  • Liaise with clients providing support and information where necessary.
  • Check candidate availability.
  • Placement of candidates into suitable and available opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
