A leading manufacturer of critical components is seeking a Production Manager to oversee operational delivery within a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, process optimisation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including output, waste reduction, and downtime, to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive operational excellence initiatives to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
