As the Senior Administrator for our Client, you will have a varied role within an established company providing insourcing and outsourcing solutions to the healthcare sector. Based at their offices in Redditch you will be tasked with supporting the Office Manager as well as Clinical teams. You will be providing excellent customer service throughout the role and will bring experience from at least 2 years in an administration role.

The Company: Due to a period of growth, the Company are now looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team and help in managing administrative tasks across the business.

For this Senior Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration

• Handling incoming enquiries in a professional manner at all times

• Liaising with key personnel to ensure smooth processes

• Interacting with clients in a medical services environment and displaying excellent levels of service and care

• Complaint resolution skills

• Diary management and room booking

• Management of incident reporting

• Able to deal with people at all levels by telephone and in person

• Adhering to company policies at all times
