Key Account Manager- Redditch

Full-time, Permanent

28-35k (dependent on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a leading installation and maintenance specialist based in Redditch to find an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join their growing team.

You will be the main point of contact for designated Key Accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery from order receipt to final service delivery. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the account, balancing customer needs with business goals, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Duties:
  • Manage and maintain profitability of Key Account contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and improved communication.
  • Resolve contract issues in collaboration with the Service Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate service teams and maintain accurate scheduling of work.
  • Monitor invoicing, financial performance, and identify additional billing opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Key Account Management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of Health and safety and adherence to compliance
