We are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Redditch. As a Geography Teacher, you will have the chance to inspire students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) and help shape their understanding of the world. Job Role:
- Full class teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking
- Deliver engaging lessons in Geography to students across KS3 and KS4
- Follow the National Curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet students’ diverse needs
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
- Contribute to the wider school community, supporting extracurricular activities where possible
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Excellent subject knowledge in Geography
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting, ideally at KS3 and KS4
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum
