Test Engineer (PCB Assembly)

What You Will Do:
  • Develop PCB functional and Final Assembly Test equipment, ensuring high performance and quality.
  • Provide meticulous documentation for test coverage and lead improvement activities based on data analysis.
  • Resolve equipment and process issues efficiently, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work autonomously to complete tasks promptly, showcasing excellent technical communication skills.
  • Contribute to test strategy development and deployment, enhancing the company's testing capabilities.
  • Utilize your expertise in Functional test machines and automated test equipment in a high-volume production environment.
What You Will Bring:
  • HNC/degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience with PC controlled automatic functional test equipment
  • Engineering mindset – trouble shooting, working with data
  • Electronic hardware background is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
