Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm

Sales Consultant Role
Sales consultant is very much a business development/new client acquisition role. Much of your time be spent on the phone and attending meetings to identify, onboard and develop new customer accounts.
You will plan your own approach to identify and target potential end users, undertaking a range of cold-calling and marketing-led approaches, following up, fixing your own appointments and critically, attending key meetings to discuss customer needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be personally responsible for the business development and relationship management of identifying opportunities to sell the Workforce services
- Identifying and building a pipeline of companies nes currently receiving a service from a competitor or equally securing longer-term deals with customers we already supply ourselves
- Cold call as appropriate within your market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Plan approaches, sales presentations, and pitches
- Meet yearly and monthly sales targets assigned to you
- Maintain strong sales administration including the use of CRM to follow up on all leads
What skills/experience should you have?
We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced sales professional with a strong demonstrable track record within a similar new business/client acquisition role.
You will be an effective negotiator, with the ability to build strong relationships via first-class communication and influencing skills actively. You will enjoy genuinely ‘adding value' to customers as your prior experience will already have seen you selling a solution.
