Your Role:
- Set and operate a variety of mechanical and/or hydraulic power presses
- Carry out safe and efficient tool changes and machine setups
- Complete pre-start safety checks and follow RoSPA/HSE safety protocols
- Perform first-off and in-process quality checks using engineering drawings
- Report machine or tooling issues to the maintenance team
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with lean manufacturing principles
- Proven experience as a Power Press Setter
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
- A proactive, safety-first attitude
- Monday to Thursday shift - three-day weekends, every week
