We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounts Trainee to join our client's Practice. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are starting their career in accounting and finance and are eager to learn and grow within the field.

Main Job Description
  • Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support the finance team with the processing of transactions and maintenance of the ledger.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and processing business expenses.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual reports to understand the financial health of the business.
  • Engage in learning opportunities to understand financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Participate in the improvement of financial processes and systems within the company.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the finance department.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A strong desire to develop a career within a Practice.
  • Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
