The Role:

  • Bank & trial balance reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Banking
  • All data entry
  • Journal; pre-payment and accruals
  • Produce monthly financial reports
  • VAT Reconciliation and submission
  • Payroll & associated reporting
  • Pension processing & administration
  • Asset register update & maintenance
  • Project costing management

The Candidate:

  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
  • The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
  • Excellent system skills
  • A passion for getting things right
  • Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
  • The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
