Tasks

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (technical, production) for project success.
  • Support marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sign and display market and our product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Skills:

  • Proven B2B account management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Results-driven approach with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full driving license is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the sign and display industry is advantageous.
