My client is urgently looking for an Account Executive to join its busy department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate start, on a full-time based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm and is home- based.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Maintain regular contact with named Brokers, their customers and named direct accounts.
- Address queries, including but not limited to billing, payment, wholesaler and consumption levels.
- Feedback regular progress to Customers and Brokers.
- Provide a prompt service, by dealing with issues in an organised and documented way, whilst maintaining regular contact with the Broker and Customer.
- Provide cover when needed for the Account Manager.
- Support Business initiatives for growth and retention.
