IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWS

  • Salary: £25,250 (OTE: £45,000)
  • Hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday - Friday
  • Based in Redhill, Surrey - Office based

Our client based in Redhill, Surrey is seeking an experienced Sales Executive.

We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the site profitability
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities using proactive methods.
  • Where a part exchange is involved, use the vehicle appraisal procedure and obtain valuations from the General Sales Manager and/or Used Car Sales Manager
  • Qualify the customer regarding their financial constraints, vehicle preferences and motoring needs
  • Plan and organise sales activities to maximise the time available for face-to-face selling and daily telephone prospecting
  • Ensure pre-delivery vehicle preparation, any agreed repairs, servicing and accessory fitments are carried out prior to final hand-over to the customer
  • Offer outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customers are communicated in a clear, appropriate manner (i.e. face-face, phone and/or email), regular and timely fashion.
  • Respond promptly to all customer enquiries, communications and requests within set timescales
  • Ensure that the customer database is updated and cleansed as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to fully and accurately qualify customer needs.
  • Quick thinking and autonomy during a negotiation process.
  • Demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm
  • High achieving, highly motivated team player with a desire to succeed
  • Full valid UK Driving licence
