About the Role:The Rapiscan Systems Learning Academy, an externally accredited outstanding training provider, is seeking a Global Training Coordinator. This role involves leading daily coordination, student advisory, and digital technology administration. The focus is on proactive revenue generation across multiple disciplines while ensuring student support meets external accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to enquiries via email, telephone, and ticketing helpdesk.
Verify legal and contract agreements, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Provide pricing information for various training offerings.
Oversee internal training administration, including scheduling and room bookings.
Prepare and send formal training pricing quotations using Microsoft D365.
Coordinate training schedules, balancing customer needs with trainer availability.
Handle compliance documentation and procedures.
Finalize completed training by certifying and following established processes.
Provide necessary documentation to support invoicing processes.
Monitor and manage training backlogs to meet monthly revenue goals.
Report training backlog status to management monthly.
Support wider Customer Experience projects as required.
Educational Services:Efficiently enrol students in training courses using diverse systems and technologies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries promptly.
Offer guidance and support to prospective students.
Oversee the student onboarding process to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
Digital Learning:Address general and technical queries from learners.
Manage user uploads and routine administrative tasks.
Process password resets efficiently.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience as a training coordinator or similar role.
Educated to an appropriate level with qualifications in education or business management.
Proven track record of professional stakeholder management.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
IT savvy with knowledge of presentation tools and Microsoft applications.
Experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
Strong administrative skills with accuracy and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with learning management systems (preferably Totara) and eLearning platforms.
Exceptional customer experience and communication skills.
Requirements:Successful completion of Background Check (CRC) and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
Proof of right to live and work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications:Qualification in training or learning quality assurance.
Knowledge of online delivery tools.
Proven knowledge of the full training cycle.
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods.
Location:Redhill with occasional travel required.
