Key Responsibilities:

Customer Fulfilment:

  • Order taking and logging
  • Packing and invoice generation
  • Shipping and handling bookings
  • Extended warranty support
  • Managing and scheduling delivery servicing team

Account Management:

  • Setting up trade accounts
  • Credit control chasing via phone and email

Stock Control:

  • Demo stock management
  • Supporting shipping processes
  • Dealing with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment
  • Stock counting

Customer Sales:

  • Handling technical calls and referrals to technicians
  • Confirming RMAs and refunds
  • Media services support, including Facebook and Mailchimp management

Office Facilities:

  • Management of office facilities and services

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Willingness to speak to customers
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately

IT Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office packages
  • Ability to use Mailchimp
  • Understanding of social media packages and ability to respond to messages
  • Ability to utilize photo images and create flyers
