Location: Redhill
Salary: 12.50 - 13.30 per hour
Are you a people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic contact centre in Redhill.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolving queries and providing support in a professional manner
- Updating customer records accurately
- Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a great customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
