Your role will involve building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service both internally and externally in either of the following areas:

Sales Support:

  • Handle customer orders via email/phone and process them in the ERP system.
  • Manage pricing queries, delivery updates, and order issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve complaints, such as damaged or delayed deliveries.

Purchasing:

  • Place supplier purchase orders, ensuring correct stock levels.
  • Manage pricing queries, delivery delays, and supplier communication.
  • Work with warehouses and logistics to resolve purchase order issues.
  • Identify improvements in the purchasing process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Two Years plus experience - Customer Service or an office based Business Support function.
  • Strong communication skills - professional and clear via phone and email.
  • Resilience & multitasking - work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset - proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
  • Numerical skills - comfortable working with data and percentages.
  • IT proficiency - basic Word & Excel, with a willingness to learn systems.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or higher).
