Your role will involve building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service both internally and externally in either of the following areas:
Sales Support:
- Handle customer orders via email/phone and process them in the ERP system.
- Manage pricing queries, delivery updates, and order issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Resolve complaints, such as damaged or delayed deliveries.
Purchasing:
- Place supplier purchase orders, ensuring correct stock levels.
- Manage pricing queries, delivery delays, and supplier communication.
- Work with warehouses and logistics to resolve purchase order issues.
- Identify improvements in the purchasing process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Two Years plus experience - Customer Service or an office based Business Support function.
- Strong communication skills - professional and clear via phone and email.
- Resilience & multitasking - work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset - proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
- Numerical skills - comfortable working with data and percentages.
- IT proficiency - basic Word & Excel, with a willingness to learn systems.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or higher).
