Our client is an innovative health tech company on the brink of rapid expansion. They’re looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join their passionate team in Redhill. This is your chance to make a real impact in a niche industry!

�? Your Role:As a key player in our client's development, you’ll have the chance to shine! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll provide top-notch support to clients via phone and email, ensuring every enquiry is handled swiftly and accurately.

�? Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients through phone and email using a client management system.
  • Respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Manage the order processing system with precision.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in the client management system.
  • Download and record patient results from laboratory partners in a timely manner.
  • Handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide practitioners with essential patient results.
  • Support with various ad-hoc office duties.

  • Experienced in a similar customer service role.
  • A master communicator with excellent call handling skills.
  • Proficient with IT systems (think G Suite, HubSpot, or similar CRM software).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.

  • A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
