Customer Service/Workshop Assistant

FULL TIME, permanent

Hours:

The business is open from 08.00-17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00-12.00 on a Saturday. You may be required to work one in four Saturday鈥檚 mornings.

Salary: 拢28000 - 拢30000pa

Driving Licence is Essential

This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, dynamic individual who has the ability to multi-task and work in a busy team environment. You must be IT confident, have exceptional communication skills, be welcoming, friendly and thrive in a fast paced work environment.

Personality and attitude are very important! This role would suit someone who likes the busyness of an office, has excellent customer service skills, can multi-task and isn't afraid to be hands on, assiting around the workshop/court yard (not in a mechanical capacity).

Job role includes the following.

路 Meeting and greeting customers, suppliers, assessors and other third parties.

路 Entering new information onto the management system and contacting customers to coordinate various appointment.

路 Managing all incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.

路 Managing email traffic that comes into the generic email address, making sure it is directed to the right person and or department.

路 General administration

路 Liaising between customers, other departments and third parties to ensure efficiency

路 Be willing to multi task and willing to help out colleagues when workload鈥檚 dictate that it is necessary.

路 Assisting workshop Technicians by ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy

. Stock check

.Moving vehicles on site so a full driving licence is essential
