Our client is looking for 2 new colleagues to join their accounts team, where you’ll be integral to helping their customers out with organising feasible payment plans should they find themselves in need of financial support and guidance.

The Individual:

  • Although experience in an arrears or collections background would be great, they are very open to receiving applications from individuals who are looking for a move into a corporate office setting.
  • You will enjoy working in customer services, and have a friendly and engaging personality, happy to communicate over the telephone
  • A team player, you will also enjoy using your own self-motivation to achieve your individual goals
  • IT proficient, you will be required to work off multi-screens, and / or been enthusiastic and have the confident to learn

The Role:

  • Providing a high level of customer service, you will use your listening skills to build a rapport with the customer and show an understanding of any issues being experienced
  • Using your resolution skills, you will help source the best outcome for everyone
  • Updating individual records and agreements, you will be required to send information and documents to clients
  • Building a rapport with the customer, so they will be happy to contact you / the team again if required
  • This is a vital role to the business, extensive training will also be provided.
