Customer Services:
- Manage orders from start to finish.
- Pack products and generate invoices.
- Book shipments for sales and demo products.
- Handle product returns and manage warranties.
- Organize shipping and international couriers.
- Continuously improve processes.
Warehouse Support:
- Book in and dispatch stock, ensuring accurate system reporting.
- Conduct stocktaking as needed.
Technician Support:
- Answer technical queries from customers.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
