Trainee Sales & Customer Service Representative Due to expansion and company growth, our client is seeking a Sales Trainee to join their Internal Sales team. You will be working within a lively and vibrant office!

This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective interaction with staff and clients.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to...• Answering customers questions• Processing orders• Handling customer inquiries• Collaborating with other departments• Taking ownership of customer issues• Building customer relationships• Providing customer support• Utilising historical records, contacts and data bases to generate Sales leads effectively.• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

Skills• Exceptional organisational, scheduling and time management skills• Customer services knowledge• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel• Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail• An ability to follow written procedures• Excellent problem-solving skills• Outgoing personality• Demonstrate and ability to ask open questions to establish potential leads
