Position: Build and Installation Lead Location: Horley, Surrey Salary: £35,000 - £40,000   A successful agency who specialise in creating eye-catching window displays and in-store presentations that bring retail spaces to life, are looking to add to their team. Their projects are fast-paced and ever-changing, so they are looking for a skilled individual who can adapt quickly and contribute to our high standards of quality and creativity.  As a build and installation professional, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly and installation of retail displays. Working closely with the production and installation teams, you'll play a key part in building, adapting, and setting up display elements. Prior experience with retail installations is beneficial.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as cutting wooden materials, drilling, and assembling metal frameworks.
  • Assist in setting up displays in retail environments.
  • Help with the dismantling, packing, and transporting of display components for installation.
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
  • Ensure products meet company standards and follow safety guidelines.
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a workshop or production setting.
  • Experience with shop fit outs.
  • Comfortable working with hand tools.
  • Knowledge of basic safety practices and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and focus on precision.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic carpentry, light electrical work, and metal assembly skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
