Commercial Account Handler - Hybrid

Up to £40,000 + up to £350 monthly bonus + 15% commission on any new business written

Pavilion Recruitment are pleased to offer to the market a new broking vacancy - Commercial Account handler, to join a successful independent brokerage as part of their commercial team.

Our client has been trading for 30+ years and maintain a professional and personal approach to their broking, placing value on building and developing relationships with their clients.

The organisation promotes a strong focus on professional development for their employees, having won 'Best Training’ in the Insurance industry at the Insurance Age Awards, so someone who is ambitious and eager to progress will be a great addition to their team.

In this role, you can expect to manage your own book of business, which you will have the autonomy to develop and grow as you see fit, placing policies in the commercial market (fleet, property owners, liability and more). You will be handling premiums at circa £5,000 and will manage around 35 renewals month, working with a high performing team who maintain a renewal retention rate of 92%-95%.
