The role operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one weekend day per month and an on-call duty on a rota basis, for which extra pay is provided.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £40,000 per year, along with benefits including 5.6 weeks of annual leave and enhanced maternity leave.

Your new roleWorking in a Residential children's Home in Redhill as Deputy Manager, supporting 6 children to lead a meaningful and happy life, and as part of leadership to the team. You will be working closely with the Registered Manager to the day-today operation of the home.This is a Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00 role, with one weekend day per month (with a day off in lieu) + on call on a rota basis (Extra paid for being on call).What you'll need to succeed

Experience as Deputy manager with children or adults in Social Care.
NVQ Level 3 or happy to work towards it.
