Are you looking for an immediate temporary role in HR administration? We are seeking a proactive Administrator to support a busy Recruitment & HR team during a peak period.

Role Details:

Location: RedhillSalary: £12.50 per hourDuration: Temp to go into a 6 Month FTCHours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining the internal applicant tracking system.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
  • Managing onboarding tasks, including document collection and verification.
  • Liaising with new starters and ensuring compliance with HR procedures.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for new starter setup.
  • General administrative support to the HR team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
