- Communicate politely and effectively at all levels, providing excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and manage time effectively.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating workloads - preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in maintaining and updating databases.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
