The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as: Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.
The Role
- UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade OR general multi trade works – Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting
- Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Maintenance work
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
Skills & Experience
- Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
