Are you a skilled Payroll Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience of TPS and/or LGPS pension schemes? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading college group in Redhill on a 6-month contract with excellent benefits and a dynamic work environment!

?? Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)

?? Location: Redhill (with occasional travel to South Croydon)

? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

?Expertise in TPS / LGPS / other pension schemes

?Proven experience in payroll management

? Relevant Payroll Qualifications

? Further Education sector experience (preferred)

? Strong IT skills & GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English

Key Responsibilities:

??Lead the integration of a new Payroll & HR system, ensuring accuracy & smooth data transfer

?? Support system testing & data cleansing for pension schemes

?? Maintain payroll accuracy within the Unit 4 Payroll system & resolve issues efficiently

?? Build & manage relationships with pension schemes (TPS, LGPS, People’s Pension)

?? Oversee monthly reconciliations & reporting to HMRC & Finance teams

?? Provide leadership & guidance to Payroll Officers

? DBS check & five-year referencing required for successful applicants.
