Reed HR are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our clients Talent Acquisition strategy in Reigate.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment, preferably with internal recruitment experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Â Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Â Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the marketplace
- Utilise recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes
- Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve excellence
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and use social media to engage with potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for internal recruitment expertise
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across the organisation
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
