About the Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key part of a 24/7 support team, troubleshooting complex technical issues across IT networks, firewalls, and satellite systems. You'll provide top-tier customer support, ensuring service excellence and rapid issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Provide 2nd-line technical support across satellite, IT, and network infrastructure?? Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP networking, firewalls, and satellite antennas?? Monitor network alerts, investigate outages, and escalate critical issues as needed?? Support and mentor junior team members, assisting in technical training?? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Key Requirements:

? Strong troubleshooting skills in IT networks, satellite systems, or RF technologies.? Experience in customer support, network operations, or technical engineering.? Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (24/7 coverage).? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.? Knowledge of IP networking (CCNA, JNCIA, or similar is a plus).
