Billing Administrator

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Main Functions:

• Support and manage billing processes.
• Coordinate meter reading collection and resolve issues with Wholesalers.
• Process tariff updates and charges using HiAffinity.
• Assist with onboarding and payment collection.

Main Duties:

• Transfer meter readings to HiAffinity.
• Liaise with contractors and customers for meter readings.
• Report and resolve meter reading issues.
• Manage meter reading exceptions.
• Resolve issues with Wholesalers' apparatus and market data.
• Process pre-billing reports and market notifications.
• Handle market transactions for new connections and gap sites.
• Amend customer accounts for accurate billing.
• Provide support for billing operations.
• Suggest improvements and test new processes.
