As a Workshop Technician Assistant, you'll keep our operations running smoothly by managing stock, supporting deliveries, and handling basic product repairs. If you're hands-on, technically inclined, and love working in a dynamic team, this role is for you!
Warehouse Support:
- Manage stock movements, organise dispatches, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with customer deliveries and keep the warehouse clean and secure.
- Support facility tasks and stock transfers as needed.
Technician Support:
- Respond to technical inquiries, perform product repairs, and test new products.
- Document procedures and keep customer service updates accurate.
- Test and manage lithium-ion batteries safely.
- Basic repair skills and simple electrical knowledge.
- Basic IT, CRM, and Excel skills.
- Clean, current driver's license.
