Our client, agrowing, highly successful FMCG business have an exciting Warehouse Manager opportunity where you will be responsible for both leading, and modernising a busy WH function - managing day to day operations and logistics whilst also supporting the implementation of new processes and a modern WMS, and contributing ideas to the reorganisation and layout of the warehouse. You will also be responsible for managing a team of drivers and operatives - motivating, developing and training people whilst reinforcing the customer focused culture.
As a Warehouse Manager your new role will involve:
- Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes such as inventory management, goods in and goods out
- Ensuring that all goods are delivered on time and in full to customers
- Improving inventory management and operations with a the implementation of a new WMS
- Managing logistics and ensuring the successful delivery of goods
- Analysing current processes and identifying areas of improvement
- Contributing to the implementation of new processes and solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Leading, motivating and training your team to ensure high performance

Salary for this opportunity is c. £40,000 to £45,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
