Commercial Assistant / Administrator required ASAP for Residential Developer in Surrey *HYBRID WORKING*

My client is a National Housebuilder / Developer based in Surrey and looking for a Commercial Administrator / Assistant to work within the QS/Commercial team and support with payments using COINS.

COINS experience is essential and you'll have experience of working for a residential developer or contractor within a similar Commercial / QS support role - the client could potentially look at a candidate with an Assistant / Trainee QS or Buyer background.

The role is hybrid so split between the office and working from home.

Contract duration initially c.3 months, though this could end up being longer-term / temp-to-perm.
